Tassel 3 Pendant

Tassel 3 is a sculptural pendant from Apparatus. The Tassel series condenses the warmth and decadence of a traditional chandelier to a concise, modern conclusion. Emanating from a brass dome, the light is amplified as it refracts through mold-blown glass cylinders.

Apparatus is a New York-based interdisciplinary design studio that explores the relationship of lighting, furniture, and objects in their environments. Predicated on the modernist principle of Gesamtkunstwerk, or total work of art, fully articulated collections reveal individual pieces as artifacts of a holistic world - each referencing the historical and cultural mood summoned by a singular vision.

Materials

Armature and brass dome available in Aged Brass, Blackened Brass, Tarnished Silver, or Oil-Rubbed Bronze.
Mold-blown glass cylinders.
