STANDARD SHIPPING

Packages under 20 kg are delivered with Postnord or DHL to the nearest delivery point. Enter your mobile phone number for SMS notification for faster handling. Packages or goods over 20 kg or 150 cm are delivered with DHL or Postnord Home Delivery weekdays excluding public holidays. Delivery takes place to the street; bearing service is not included. The distributor contacts you to book the delivery. Please note that it is impossible to decide more precisely the time for delivery and that island supplements may be added.

FEE FOR FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT

In cases where parcels, letters, or pallets / larger parcels are returned to Artilleriet by the shipping company due to the customer/recipient 1) not redeeming parcels from the place of delivery; 2) has not been reachable on the given telephone number for notification; 3) refused to accept the delivery; or 4) provided incorrect name, address or contact information, Artilleriet will charge the customer a fee. For letters and packages, the fee is 300 SEK, incl. VAT and for pallet / larger packages to SEK 600 incl. VAT. In cases where the distributor or Artilleriet have agreed with the recipient on the day and time for delivery, but he is not present at the time of delivery, an extra fee of SEK 300 incl. VAT will be added for a new delivery attempt.

STOCK ITEMS

Stock items are goods that we usually have in stock for immediate delivery and are generally sent from us within 2-3 working days, which means that the delivery time from us to you usually is 2-4 working days. In the event of a large order intake or delivery delay from the supplier, these goods may, in some cases, have a longer delivery time. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as we have processed your order. Should there be particular reasons why the product is not delivered on time, you as a customer must notify us of this.

ORDERED GOODS

All items not available in our warehouse are counted as ordered items. All delivery times for ordered goods specified are approximate. We will get back to you if the delivery time for any reason should be longer than this.

ORDERS WITH GOODS WITH DIFFERENT DELIVERY TIMES

If you order several items with different delivery times on the same order, all items will be sent in one shipment when all items have arrived at our warehouse. If you want partial delivery, please get in touch with info@artilleriet.se. Additional fees may apply.

TRANSPORT DAMAGED GOODS

Upon receiving your package, if you discover that the consignment is visibly damaged during transport, this must be reported immediately to the shipping company; this applies both to home delivery and when you pick up the package from a representative. Suppose you discover during unpacking that the contents are damaged or missing goods. In that case, you as a customer are obliged to contact Artilleriet customer service no later than within three calendar days of receipt of goods with your order number and case number from the parcel representative. Contact our customer service to complain about the shipment with pictures of the damaged goods.

 

Taxes and Fees

Prices on our website are listed including a 25% VAT. VAT is applicable to all orders where the customer is a consumer and resides in a country within the EU. Orders with delivery to countries outside the EU are exempt from VAT. Any customs duties may be added depending on the legislation in the country where the order is delivered. The customer is responsible for paying any fees for VAT and customs duties, as well as for the administration related to the import of the goods. Unfortunately, Artilleriet is unable to inform the customer about these fees.
