Delivery Before Christmas

To ensure delivery before Christmas, please place your order no later than December 18 for shipments within Sweden. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by PostNord's handling. We recommend placing your order well in advance to guarantee delivery before the holiday.


1. GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE

These general terms and conditions apply to your purchases on and use of our e-commerce at www.artilleriet.se.
The terms constitute an agreement between you and Artilleriet Interiors AB, org. No. 556823-6920, Magasinsgatan 19, 411 18 Gothenburg, Sweden (hereinafter the Artilleriet).

The buyer is obliged to read the terms and conditions before buying. When ordering on www.artilleriet.se, the buyer accepts the General Terms and Conditions and our Privacy and Privacy Policy. Artilleriet reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions.
Our e-commerce turns to private individuals. If you want to enter into an agreement as a legal person, contact our customer service here.

2. APPLICABLE LAW

These General Terms and Conditions and any disputes that arise in connection with the terms and conditions when using artilleriet.se or purchases on the website are regulated by Swedish law. Artilleriet may modify or change these conditions. By completing your purchase, you accept the terms.

3. POSSESSION OF RIGHTS

All rights, including copyright of artilleriet.se, remain with Artilleriet. Any use of this website or its content, including copying other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

4. ORDERS

Before you complete and pay, you can review your order and make changes. You are bound by your order when you accept our general terms and conditions at checkout. Your order is confirmed only when it has been received by Artilleriet and payment has been approved. Please note that we cannot accept orders where the invoice address and delivery address cannot be verified. A digital order confirmation will be sent to the specified email address when you have completed your purchase. This is a receipt/payment basis for your purchase in the webshop. Digital delivery confirmation will be sent to the specified email address when your order is shipped. This is a receipt/documentation for your delivery.

We sell items that are in stock and items that are made to order. The product's stock status and possible delivery time can be seen on the product page for each product in the Delivery Status information box. We deliver your order collectively, so the item with the longest delivery time will decide when you receive your delivery. We reserve the right not to deliver if the stock level was incorrect at the time of the order. All product information displayed is subject to change, and Artilleriet reserves the right to, if necessary, change information on www.artilleriet.se. We reserve the right only to accept orders from people over 18 years of age.

4.1 PRICE MATCHING

If you find a lower price for a product from another company, you can contact us to make a price match. Contact our customer service with information in the form of a valid quote or a link to someone else's website. We can match the price if it concerns the product in the same design and with the same delivery options. We match the price, including shipping. It applies that another authorized seller sells the product and that the product is not part of a realization or stock clearance.

4.2 SAMPLE SALE

During our Sample Sale, we sell exhibition copies, and products that have been discontinued from Artilleriet's range or for some other reason should not be in Artilleriet's range of products any longer. If the product has a defect, it is up to the buyer to check this in the product's status in the product description before the purchase is completed. For products marked Sample Sale, return policies and exchange rights do not apply.

ONLINE: We estimate the delivery time for Sample Sale items to be 5-10 working days from the order placed due to a higher demand than usual in our warehouse. We apply a shipping cost to Sample Sale items based on the item's size and weight. The shipping fee is stated at checkout. If you regret your purchase of a Sample Sale product and want to return it, an administrative fee of SEK 495 will be added in addition to return shipping.

IN-STORE: For in-store purchases, you are responsible for collecting the item by 2:00 PM on the same day. If you're unable to pick up the item yourself, the store offers various shipping options. Please note that each shipping method requires a different payment process: the shipping cost can either be paid directly at checkout or to the contracted shipping company, depending on the option you choose.

5. PAYMENT OPTIONS

Prices online are stated in SEK. Artilleriet reserves the right, if necessary, to update prices on artilleriet.se. Artilleriet is not responsible for any currency changes or exchange rates that arise when your payment is made in another currency then SEK. Prices outside the EU do not include vat.

When you place an order on artilleriet.se, you can choose to pay by card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For invoice, partial payment, direct payment and Swish, we offer payment via Klarna. When paying through Klarna, we refer to their terms of purchase. www.klarna.com/en/villkor/

6. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure, our obligations are postponed via artilleriet.se. In the event of force majeure, both the customer and Artilleriet have the right to terminate, in whole or in part, any agreement without any obligation to pay damages or fulfill any obligations. By force majeure we generally mean but are not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, import/export bans, transport disruptions, and illness, regardless of whether this occurs with us as a company or with our suppliers.

7. FRAUD

Artilleriet reserves the right to cancel and refund all orders that are suspected of being carried out in a fraudulent or otherwise harmful manner to ensure the security of our consumers' transactions via artilleriet.se. We reserve the right to pass on transaction information even if necessary, if requested to the official authority or payment partner in the event of suspicion of fraudulent transactions or identity theft. Individuals who violate the above rules or against the restriction of password-protected areas on artilleriet.se can be prosecuted.

8. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Delivery time depends on the country of delivery and choice of shipping options. Your order is processed within 1-3 weekdays, except for orders containing items not in stock. Artilleriet does not take responsibility for any delays caused by the customs.

If a delivery is delayed or cannot be sent due to stock balance or other reasons, the customer will be informed of this as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after the order is placed. The customer may then cancel and/or be refunded at no extra cost. Does not refer to ordered goods.

8.1 SHIPPING COST AND CURRENCY

The shipping cost is stated in SEK. Shipping can be seen at checkout and updated by updating the shopping cart.

8.2 UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Artilleriet is not responsible for packages left behind at the post office. The customer will be charged for the cost of return shipping and administrative costs.

8.3 CUSTOMS DUTIES

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties, and taxes charged when parcels reach the recipient country. These are applied when the package arrives at the local customs in the country of delivery. Artilleriet cannot anticipate or control these charges. For orders outside the EU, the following delivery terms apply:
Delivery At Place (DAP). This means that Artilleriet is not responsible for VAT, fees and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information on rules and fees. It is the customer's responsibility to pay extra fees for any customs clearance.

8.4 TRACKING

When goods leave our warehouse, an email will be sent with a tracking number. Information can also be sent to you from our shipping partner with tracking information.

8.5 TRANSPORT DAMAGES / MISSING GOODS

If you discover upon receipt of your package that the shipment is visibly damaged in transit, this must be reported immediately to the shipping company. This applies both to home delivery and when you pick up the package from a representative. If, during unpacking, you discover the contents are damaged or that goods are missing. In that case, you as a customer are obliged to contact Artilleriet customer service no later than within three calendar days.

9. RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a customer, you have the right to regret your purchase against a valid receipt within 14 calendar days after you have received your goods. The product must be returned in unused condition in original packaging and with all labeling and documentation. All returned goods are sent back together with your order number and contact information to our warehouse. Contact our customer service. for a return form and shipping note. Returns that are damaged, dirty, washed, or worn are not accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and it will be corrected against a refund for the return.
When returning transports of products, the customer bears the financial responsibility if the products are damaged or do not arrive. Unidentified items returned may be denied a refund.

9.1 COMPLAINTS

If you discover a production defect, the items can be returned against a valid receipt or payment basis. Product damaged as a result of wear and tear is not considered defective. If possible, we offer to repair defective products. If it is impossible to repair or the product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund, including shipping and return costs. In the event of approved complaints, Artilleriet bears all extra expenses. Artilleriet complies with the Consumer Purchase Act in the event of complaints. Contact our customer service (link) to start a complaint case. Complaints must be made when the product's defects are discovered. Keep in mind that you may need to show that the error is not due to use or carelessness. The complaint period is three years from the time you received the product.

9.2 CHANGE OF ORDER

Once you have completed a purchase and received an order confirmation, we will start processing the order in our system and warehouse. Once the package has left the warehouse, there is no possibility to change your order. If you discover errors in the specified contact information, it is your duty to contact customer service. Artilleriet is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly stated address by a consumer.
Artilleriet has the option to change your order by canceling, but it is not possible to add or change items.

 

9.3 EXCHANGE OF GOODS

We do not make exchanges. If you want to exchange, you can solve this by returning your order and placing an order for a new item.
