Strips 77 Armchair

Strips 77 is an armchair from Arflex. At the beginning of the seventies, architect Cini Boeri revolutionized the furniture market with her revolutionizing modular sofa, Strips. Strips now belong to the history of Arflex as one of their most famous products. In 1968, Strips was awarded the prize Compasso d’Oro and was displayed in museums around the world. The main characteristic of Strips is its removable padded and quilted cover, on a wooden frame.

Material

Fir tree plywood, seat elastic straps, shaped polyurethane, black lacquered metal feet. Upholstered in fabric, fully removable cover. The fabric is stitched with polyester slip cover and cotton.
