At 3daysofdesign Copenhagen, 12-14 June 2024, Garde Hvalsøe and De La Espada presented a joint exhibition entitled Crafted to Last, uniting work by both brands under the curatorial eye of stylist Pernille Vest.

The Garde Hvalsøe showroom, designed by Bunn Studio, showcased Garde Hvalsøe kitchens and De La Espada furniture. The exhibition highlighted key pieces that blend traditional craftsmanship with modern aesthetics, featuring furniture, kitchens, and small art objects designed for longevity.

 During the exhibition, De La Espada presented the new modular system Albireo by Anthony Guerrée and the Arts & Crafts Cabinet from De La Espada Atelier. The exhibition highlighted De La Espada's sustainable and well-thought-out designs, created using traditional woodworking techniques. Luis De Oliveira, co-founder of De La Espada, emphasized the company's commitment to craftsmanship and material quality.
