Chisel Lounge Chair - Bordeaux Beech - Remix 373

Chisel Lounge Chair, designed by Norwegian designer Andreas Bergsaker for Hay, is a contemporary yet timeless take on the molded plywood chair. Named after the classic carpentry tool, Chisel was created from the desire to design a solid wooden chair with a distinctive silhouette that would stand the test of time. The chair’s soft, organic seat and backrest provide good support in a visually inviting way, complemented by angled legs that echo the chisel references with their characteristically beveled edges.

Materials

Base in veneered plywood core with solid wood edges on the legs. Seat and back in molded plywood shell. Upholstery in Remix 373, 90% new wool(worsted), 10% nylon.
