Description
The Pigreco Armchair is a poetic work by Tobia Scarpa. The dining chair, which is Scarpia's first work, was designed in 1959 and is today produced by Tacchini. Pigreco exudes a harmony between straight and curved lines, and shapes are created through materiality and emptiness to give a sense of space to an otherwise static object. The different forms contribute to both dynamism, strength, and lightness.
