Wegner Queen Chair

The Wegner Queen Chair, from Fredericia, was designed by Hans J. Wegner. The armchair is the feminine counterpart to the Ox Chair, which shares many of the same features. With its ample, almost cylindrical armrests and high, majestic back that extends up to support the neck, the Queen Chair is an equal match for the Ox Chair’s masculine presence. Regal yet relaxed, the Queen Chair embodies Wegner’s belief that for a design to be striking it must be based on practicality.
