The iconic Copenhagen restaurant Pastis, run by Mikkel Egelund for 15 years, has finally given us access to his beloved dishes in a new cookbook. Classic dishes that have been served over the years at one of Copenhagen's favorite restaurants.
The book 'Pastis' is much more than a cookbook. As a regular Pastis customer, Martin Kongstad has written about the restaurant and all its energy and, of course, about Mikkel's food in an honest and loving way.
