Caramel Sauce - Saffran

This caramel sauce from Pärlans Konfektyr is smooth and creamy, cooked with lots of fragrant saffron. It suits perfect to serve heated with ice cream, but also with waffles and pancakes, to dip fruit and berries or as a filling in cakes and pastries. Handmade in Stockholm.
