NOPI: THE COOKBOOK innehåller över 120 av de mest populära rätter från Yotams innovativa Soho-baserade restaurang NOPI. Den är skriven av en långvarig samarbetspartner och NOPI-chefskocken Ramael Scully, som tar med sin distinkta asiatiska twist till Ottolenghi-köket.
