"Photographer Fien Muller and sculptor Hannes
van Severen made their debut as a design duo at
Galerie Valerie Traan in 2011. What was perhaps at first a pleasant little diversion for the two visual artists into that frontier zone between art and design, quickly took on a different dimension. Their joint furniture project attracted international attention virtually immediately and their furniture sculptures can be seen in leading galleries and museums in Belgium, as well as in London, Berlin, Milan, Copenhagen, Paris and New York."
